Adjacent to the Moreno Valley Community Hospital and Aquabella, a newly planned 3,000 unit senior lifestyle community, makes this a prime location for medical offices. The first phase of the project will include two 2-story elevator served medical office / condominiums consisting of approximately 80,000 square feet.
