The event will be held inside the new building and sponsored by Essex Realty Management, McCarthy Building Companies, INC., Omni West Real Estate and TDA Investment Group.

Omni West Group Inc., a real estate acquisition, development and property management firm based in Laguna Hills, Calif., announced the completion of a 50,000 square foot build-to-suit for the County of Riverside, Department of Public Social Services Norco Regional Self Sufficiency Facility in Riverside County, CA
This office will provide necessary Self-Sufficiency services to the surrounding region. DPSS Self Sufficiency programs serve the basic needs of Riverside County residents and can help clients become self-sufficient. Programs include CalFresh (SNAP), CalWORKs, Child Care, Employment Services, Homeless Programs and Medi-Cal.

Omni West Group Inc., a Laguna Hills, CA based real estate services firm that specializes in the acquisition, development and management of commercial properties and TDA Investment Group, Inc., based in San Mateo, CA that manages pensions funds completed the purchase transaction of a medical office building (MOB) located in San Diego, CA.
The purchase includes Alvarado Medical Plaza III, a three-story 52,000 square-foot MOB. The Alvarado Medical Plaza tenants include Alvarado Hospital Surgery Center, Alvarado Hospital and San Diego Sports Medicine. Evan Kovac of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Newport Beach, CA assisted in the transaction. |

Omni West Group Inc., a Laguna Hills, CA based real estate services firm that specializes in the acquisition, development and management of commercial properties and TDA Investment Group, Inc., based in San Mateo, CA that manages pensions funds completed the purchase transaction of a medical office building (MOB) located in Huntington Beach, CA.
The purchase includes Bella Terra Medical Building, a four-story 60,000 square-foot MOB and a multi-level parking structure. The Bella Terra Medical tenants include Talbert Medical Group, a subsidiary of Healthcare Partners, Memorial Care Medical Center and Atlantis Eyecare. Mark Shaffer, Pat Scruggs and Gary Stache of CBRE in Newport Beach, CA assisted in the transaction. |
April 19, 2011 - Bermuda Dunes, CA
Omni West Group, Inc., a Laguna Hills, CA based real estate services firm that specializes in developing and managing commercial properties, and HG Capital, LLC (HG), a Menlo Park, CA based real estate investment group formed a joint venture that acquired an existing medical office building (MOB) situated on four acres in Bermuda Dunes, CA.
JFK Medical Plaza, and adjacent land for future MOB development, were purchased from national healthcare delivery services company Tenet Healthcare (NYSE: THC). The existing building is a two-story 30,000 square-foot MOB with tenants including Laboratory Corporation of America (NYSE: LH) and Desert Oasis Healthcare, the largest regional healthcare group in Coachella Valley. Managing Director Guy Ponticiello of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Tenet Healthcare in the sale.  |

Omni West Group Inc., a real estate development and property management firm based in Laguna Hills, Calif., announced today that the City of Norco Planning Commission has approved development plans for a 52,000-square-foot, mixed-use project called Parkridge Business Center to serve the Norco/Corona area.
Developed in partnership with HG Capital, LLC (HG) in Menlo Park, Calif., the four-acre project will include two office condominium buildings that span more than 13,000 square feet each as well as a 25,000-square-foot “flex-tech” condominium building that can accommodate a diverse range of uses, from office/R&D to industrial and warehouse space.

Omni West Group Inc., a real estate development and property management firm based in Laguna Hills, Calif., has commenced construction on The Plaza at Lakeview in Lake Elsinore, Calif.
The five-acre project will include 66,000 square feet of medical and professional office condominiums. One two-story medical office building will span approximately 33,000 square feet and is designed exclusively for medical users, such as urgent care and out-patient surgery providers as well as general practitioners, dentists, ophthalmologists, orthopedics, pediatricians and physical therapists.
