The property is located at 517 Parkridge Avenue, Norco, CA. The property consists of concrete tilt-up construction with a panelized roof system, landscaping and surface parking. The parking includes 100 spaces for public and 200 secured spaces to the rear for employee use totaling 300 spaces. The employee spaces may be accessed thru security gates on Hamner Avenue and Parkridge Avenue. Public access is only allowed from Parkridge Avenue. The project was completed on May 04, 2015.
