The Paseo del Sol is a Public / Private Partnership (P3) consisting of City Community Center, medical office buildings and future performing arts center. The project is located in downtown City of Chino and adjacent to the Civic Center. The development is in walking distance to restaurants and numerous entertainment amenities. The Paseo del Sol is located in close proximity to the 71 and 60 Freeways.
