Kip P. Dubbs - President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dubbs is the founder and president of Omni West Group, Inc. a California commercial real estate development corporation. As managing principal Mr. Dubbs directs the full scope of development and acquisition services for Omni West Group. His experience includes land acquisition, governmental entitlement and compliance, development, property management, marketing and leasing. Mr. Dubbs is also experienced in working with City Redevelopment Agencies having developed a medical office project in the City of Chino Redevelopment Agency master-planned "Paseo del Sol." The project includes several medical office buildings, a community center, a city day care facility and a performing arts building

In addition to overseeing the day to day operations of the company, Mr. Dubbs serves as the managing member for each entity formed to fund a development. In this role he directs all aspects of the development process from architectural design and construction to sales and leasing, ensuring that profitability remains paramount in each venture. Prior to founding Omni West Group, Mr. Dubbs was managing member of NTM Investments, a real estate investment company located in Laguna Hills, California.

Mr. Dubbs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as board member for the Gleaners, an Orange County non-profit organization.
Richard R. Stenton – Principal
Mr. Stenton is the founder and President of Mission Equity, a real estate development, property management and capital investment company. Since the company's formation in 1981, Mission Equity has developed over seven million square feet of commercial projects throughout Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Previously Mr. Stenton co-founded Barton Development Company where he planned and developed over seven million square feet of commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Stenton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and a J.D. degree from the University of California at Lost Angeles. He is a member of the State of California Bar and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. In addition to his extensive real estate activities Mr. Stenton has served as a chairman of the Laguna Bank, Founder of Cornerstone Savings and Loan, and has held numerous professional and community chairs.
Robert J. Fanara– Principal
Over the last twenty-five years, Mr. Fanara has been involved in real estate in a variety of capacities. As a residential and commercial investor in the affluent Santa Barbara area, he has been active in several projects including condo conversions and syndication. Mr. Fanara is currently active on such projects as the Paseo del Sol Medical Building in Chino and the Omni West Rialto Business Park.

In addition to his experience in marketing and leasing of properties, Mr. Fanara is familiar in the area of finance and working with lenders.

Mr. Fanara's previous professional experience includes serving as a member of NTM Investments, a real estate investment company located in Laguna Hills, California. Mr. Fanara attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and currently resides in the area.

Jobe Dubbs – Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Dubbs is responsible for all aspects of Omni West Group’s strategic marketing, including brand management, product strategy and positioning, public relations, advertising, and direct and interactive marketing programs. His past experience includes working for Koll Real Estate Services, now part of CB Richard Ellis, where he was responsible for marketing and communication efforts supporting more than 3,000 managed properties spanning over 180 million square feet. Mr. Dubbs also worked for Koll Development Company where he spearheaded the company’s marketing and communication efforts to support more than 1 million square feet of office, industrial, R&D and retail development projects.

Mr. Dubbs earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology, specializing in Psychology and Social Behavior, from the University of California at Irvine.

Gary M. Washburn - Site Analyst, Advisory Team Member Mr. Washburn is the founder and President of WCI Investments, a real estate development consulting firm based in Lake Elsinore, California.

Through the years he has consulted with numerous clients including Centex Homes, Beazer, and 3M Corporation. Previously Mr. Washburn served sixteen years in the public sector holding various offices including Mayor of Lake Elsinore, City Council Member, Chairman of Redevelopment Agency.

Mr. Washburn is a graduate of California State University at Fullerton with a Masters Degree at University of California at Riverside in Geography.
